Alicia Soto-Bazemore
Principal
Alicia Soto-Bazemore has been in the field of education for over 10 years with experience in public, non-profit and private schooling settings. Coming from a "gifted family" she is excited to support the team at Telra to provide a customized and unique learning experience for all students.

Most recently, she served as Founding Instructional Lead Teacher for Movement School Eastland, in its inaugural year, and had the responsibility of developing and leading a cohort of teachers using data-driven strategies and managing the flexible groupings for students across core content areas in multiple grades to meet the personalized needs of all students.

As a K-5 Case Manager in the EC department with Guilford County Schools, she trained and supported classroom teachers across all grades with the adaptation and application of new curricula to meet the unique needs of all students to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly goals.

As a Teach For America AmeriCorps Member, she developed innovative partnerships with local organizations to provide students with access to diverse programming such as lecture series and science camps in Las Vegas to enhance their educational experiences.
