Cross Country / 5k Club
Join our Couch to 5K program and discover the excitement of running! This program is perfect for beginners, even if you've never run before. Over the next few weeks, you’ll learn:
The basics of running
Drills to develop core running strength
Build your fitness step-by-step
Get ready to tackle a 5K race with confidence at the end of the cycle.
